TENSION CORD SYSTEM: ENHANCED SAFETY ACTIVATION

Tension Cord System: The device uses a pull cord. Tripping or activating the safety system occurs when this cord is subjected to specific conditions.

TRIPPING CONDITIONS: ACTIVATION VIA CORD REMOVAL

Tripping Conditions: Tripping, or the activation of the emergency stop function, can occur under several conditions: When the pull cord is removed: If someone disengages or removes the cord from the device, it triggers an emergency stop.

ACTIVATION BY PULLING: PERSONNEL-INITIATED EMERGENCY STOP

When the pull cord is pulled: If the pull cord is subjected to an emergency stop activation by personnel, it activates the positive drive safety mechanism which initiates an emergency stop function.

OVER-TENSION ACTIVATION: EMERGENCY STOP DUE TO EXCESSIVE PULL cord TENSION

When the pull cord is over-tensioned: If the pull cord is over-tensioned in set-up or due to other factors the device will trigger an emergency stop.

UNDER-TENSION ACTIVATION: EMERGENCY STOP CAUSED BY INSUFFICIENT PULL WIRE TENSION

When the pull cord is under-tensioned: If the pull cord is under-tensioned in set-up or due to other factors the device will trigger an emergency stop.

MANUAL TRIPPING CAPABILITY: CONVENIENT MANUAL ACTIVATION FOR TESTING AND MAINTENANCE

Manual Tripping: The device can also be manually tripped using a reset dial. This is a useful feature for testing and maintenance purposes or for manually stopping the system in emergency situations.

MICRO SWITCHES: ENHANCED SAFETY WITH DIRECT OPENING MECHANISM

The Safe-T-Pull device is a safety mechanism designed to stop a machine or conveyor system when certain conditions, such as wire removal, wire slackening, cord over-tensioning, wire activation or manual dial activation, are met. The inclusion of direct opening safety micro switches coupled to a direct opening mechanical action and a reset dial allows for both automated and manual control over the emergency stop function, enhancing safety in industrial or conveyor system applications.
