2. 3mm 5052 Aluminium with 6061 Aluminium Cable Gland Entry (Powder-Coated): Provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
3. 2mm 316 Electro Polished Stainless Steel: Exceptional corrosion resistance and a polished finish, perfect for harsh environments.

Customisable Control Options:

The PBS Mini Box lid supports two 22mm diameter panel mount auxiliary control holes, compatible with buttons, selector switches, indicator lights, and potentiometers. Some configurations support up to five contact blocks, offering flexible control solutions.

Enhanced Sealing System:

• Fitted into a groove in the plastic version and adhered to the aluminium and stainless steel, the lid incorporates an external solid lip extending over the sealing edge, providing enhanced protection against water ingress and ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments.
• 25mm Conduit Entry: Equipped with a specially designed O-ring grooved plugs for optimal sealing.
• Button Seal: The Emergency Stop lid includes a specially designed button protection shroud with labeling, secured via two screws into blind mounting holes. This protects the seal from sunlight, dust, and high-pressure water jets.

To improve the IP rating, the PBS Mini Box includes protective shrouds with labeling, secured by two screws into blind mounting holes. These shrouds protect the controls from direct sunlight, dust, and water jets, extending the lifespan of the controls and maintaining system integrity.

Even when fitted with our sourced controls, which have a lower IP rating due to seal ingress, the PBS Mini Box maintains its IP66/69K rating when used with our specially designed protective shrouds.
